If you ship through a shipping company, the store will insure shipping to the intermediate address. From the intermediate address to your actual address, the shipping company most likely offers shipping insurance, typically at a cost of 3% of the order amount. If you purchase the shipping insurance and your order gets lost, the shipping company will give you full refund for the order.

Q: How can I return my order to the store?
You can return your order to the store using the return label in the package to receive the refund. Usually you can do so within 30 days of placing your order or receiving it, although different stores have different return policies, so please check the store for detail.

To receive refund for your order, the item in your order must be in the original condition. You also need to include the purchase receipt in your return package to the store.
